A spacious cottage awaits you in the Tack Room, with lots of options on sleeping arrangements. It has a king size double with space for a cot or toddler bed. With high beamed ceiling and large character windows, this is a light and airy, centrally heated cottage with bags of charm.

Store House

With its own private entrance to the rear of the cottage cluster, Store House boasts a fine set of granite steps up to the delightful stable doors. Both bedrooms enjoy fantastic views down the valley & across the Cornish countryside. It’s a delight to leave the upper door open in the summer for a cool breeze & to hear the birdsong all around!

Old Stables

Situated on a single level, Old Stables is perfect for lazy summer days. Here you’ll discover a delightful open, family living space, with high beamed ceilings and plenty of natural light. Farmhouse
Sleeps 9 / 4 bedrooms
The Glynn Barton Farmhouse is Grade 2 listed with a private garden, outdoor dining area and hot tub. Entering the house into the hall you arrive down a long corridor with the main sitting room off to the right and a downstairs bathroom on the left. Further along it leads to a large open plan kitchen and dining room which is the real hub of the house.

All of our cottages have everything you need for your stay at Glynn Barton! Each Bedroom includes sheets, pillowcases & duvet covers, mattress protectors, bath & hand towels and hairdryer. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook up a storm – from plates, bowls, mugs, sauce pans, chopping boards, cutlery, a coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and everything in between! All our Cottages, Glamps and facilities have all been designed with your little ones’ happiness in mind – everything from built-in stair gates, plastic cutlery and crockery, bed guards, cots, high-chairs, and toddler beds are provided, and if there’s anything else you think you might need during your stay – just ask before arriving. Each cottage has it’s own outdoor dining table and chairs. However, not all of the cottages here have their own private outdoor space. Farmhouse, our 4-bedroom cottage that sleeps 8-10, has it’s own large private garden, outdoor dining area and hot tub. All our cottages share access to all out outdoor facilities with 100’s of acres of grounds and woodland to roam right from your cottage doorstep!
Each cottage at Glynn Barton has convenient parking close by, but not directly next to each cottage. We aim to make unloading and access as easy as possible, with parking areas located either directly next to or just a short, level walk from your cottage.

There is a minimum of 3 nights’ stay across all of our properties, perfect for a fun-filled weekend or a mid-week break. This can vary depending on the property type, and the time of year. If you have any questions regarding your preferred length of stay – get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes – outside of peak season (outside of the school holidays) we can often offer some flexibility on check-in days, so it’s always worth asking. During school holidays, however, arrivals are typically fixed due to high demand and our busy changeover schedule. Our arrival days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday. Our standard check-in time is from 4pm, and we kindly ask guests not to arrive earlier unless this has been arranged in advance, as access to the site won’t be available. Check-out is 10am for all cottages and glamping accommodation.

For bookings made more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your arrival date. Any bookings made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday require full payment at the time of booking.

Yes, Glynn Barton offers WiFi (fibre broadband) across our glamping site and all cottages. Please note that while we aim to provide a high-speed service to all our guests, we are in a rural area which can affect performance, and encourage reasonable use from all guests.
Yes – all of the cottages at Glynn Barton are centrally heated, so they’re comfortable year-round. We also have gas cast-iron burners in most cottages with electric stoves in Grooms & Tack Room. Our glamping tents all have wood log burners for an extra bit of cosiness.
