Stand up Paddleboarding is a great way to get out on the water and explore the estuaries, creeks and beaches. It’s a real adventure and a different way to explore Cornwall. It’s fun for all the family too.

It’s a great way to explore and to have a real adventure at the same time.

Places to Paddle
One of our favourite places to paddle is the River Fowey.
Located a quick 25mins from Glynn Barton, start at Lerryn with high tide and let the tide take you down river. Explore the inlets along the way, paddle with the ducks and take in the scenary. Stop off for a pub lunch at the Fishermans Arms in Golant, wait for the tide to turn and paddle on home. Finish with an ice cream at Lerryn River Stores after all that hard work!!
