2. What do you do?
We take outstanding ingredients like Rodda’s clotted cream and Trewithen dairy milk and make delicious ice creams, around 50 flavours at the moment, including our dairy free options and sorbets.
3. What’s your hero product? The thing we HAVE to try!
Too many to choose! White Chocolate & Raspberry, Millionaires Shortbread, Rhubarb crumble and clotted cream, (Cornish Sea) Salt Caramel and if you’d prefer something dairy free, people are raving about our vegan raspberry ripple.
4. If you were marooned on St Michaels Mount what would you take with you?

As long as you’re well prepared, long sunny days on the beach, enjoying everything Cornwall naturally has to offer.
